Ebru and Tanuja met in early-2022 while participating in Capital Institute's course on Regenerative Economics, and found that they were on similar journeys. Their complementary skills and experiences have led to thoroughly enjoyable explorations and many, many hours of working together.

As of July 2024, Ebru has moved on to other regenerative paths.

Tanuja Prasad Personal Mantra: Oneness

Tanuja's essential belief is in the interconnectedness and oneness of the universe, and she seeks to manifest it in her personal and professional lives. She has taken her background in electrical engineering, software and financial services technology, and brought it to the needs of the zeitgeist in the form of applying the emerging science of complexity to the fields of regeneration and socio-economic-ecological impact by developing new strategies, models and heuristics. She is researching the Indian and Chinese medicine systems for their underlying complexity models. She seeks to understand finance and economics as an integrated part of society.

Ebru believes in the transformative power of business to solve problems and drive progress. She has 20+ years of experience in the corporate sector, especially in progressing their sustainability agenda. She looks for win-win solutions that sustainably benefit all stakeholders. She is bringing that background to focus on the interdependencies between the health of people, the health of the planet and its communities.
